Year 5 Newsletter - Week 9 Term 3

Greetings from the year 5 family. We hope you had a fruitful week. To the Year 5 parents, receive our gratitude for the immense support that you have offered your child in preparation for the just ended end of year tests.
The children have put in impressive effort and we are preparing to discuss their progress with you from Tuesday, 22nd – Friday, 25th June 2021 during the parent/teacher virtual meetings.
Year 5 Community Carer Day; We continue to encourage the children to engage in chores at home to raise money for our community service project. Andrew has done a number of chores to be able to put a smile on our kitchen staff and bus drivers.
Assembly; This term, we have been looking at values that we uphold at Braeside. This week the Year 5R pupils shared on the place of truth and honesty in school and other communities.
Happy 10th birthday!
We celebrate Heri as he joins the famous double digits club.
