Year 2 Week 10 News

We come to the end of what has been a very busy week for all Braestars. They have been able to summarise and retell a traditional tale using a story map as well as use conjunctions to write sentences. In Maths, the children have practised addition and subtraction of 2 digit numbers while in Science, they focused on the life cycle of animals including humans. In History, they stepped into the past to investigate how the seaside has changed over time.
Away from the classroom, Braestars also participated in the KS1 Annual Inter House Quiz and the results were as follows:
